- a tin of pears
- 4 chocolate mousses dark chocolate if poss
- whipping cream
- small bar Bournville
break up the cake in a bowl
add some of the juice from the tin to moisten (not all)
add the pears
spread the 4 mousses over the pears
whip the cream and spread over the mousse
add choc gratings to decorate
probably 500 calories per portion!
